Prof. Roma Debabrata Represents STOP, India at ECPAT International General Assembly in Bogota, Columbia.

From 4th June to 10th June, 2018, ECPAT International hosted partner organisations from across the globe to participate in the General Assembly to discuss the changing trends and global scenario in order to strategise cohesively to eradicate Sexual exploitation of children.

Stop as a partner organisation from South Asia participated in the Assembly. Prof. Roma Debabrata discussed the importance of young voices being heard to find the core around which a plan could be devised as to how in future the world can become a safer and better place for children who have recovered from sexual exploitation.

The Assembly ended with a stronger commitment alongside all partner organisations to end sexual exploitation and violence against children across all borders.
